Georgetown SFS Asia Pacific Hosts Dialogue on Building Bridges Through Cross-Cultural Understanding
Georgetown SFS Asia Pacific, in collaboration with Temasek Foundation, the Harmony in Diversity Award, and 5P Global Movement Indonesia, hosted “Pathways to Peace: Building Bridges Through Cross-Cultural Understanding,” a dialogue exploring how empathy, inclusion, and cross-cultural cooperation can contribute to lasting peace across Southeast Asia. Georgetown SFS Asia Pacific Celebrates First Graduating Cohort of the Global Cities Initiative Capacity Building Program
The ceremony recognized 30 civil servants from the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta who successfully completed the program over two academic semesters. Through an interdisciplinary curriculum, the graduates strengthened their capacity to address complex urban challenges through evidence-based policymaking and cross-sector collaboration. Designed and delivered by Georgetown SFS Asia Pacific, the program equips public sector leaders with the analytical tools and practical experience needed to navigate the increasingly interconnected challenges facing modern cities. How can photography become a tool for communities to tell their own stories?
