Faculty Member

Yuniar Zweistika is a faculty member at Georgetown Asia Pacific, teaching GIS for Public Policy. Other than teaching, she's also a spatial analyst at the Jakarta Property Institute. As a spatial analyst, she contributed to shaping Jakarta's spatial planning strategies to optimize urban density and evaluating public housing subsidy models to inform evidence-based policy recommendations. Through her years of experience in policy work, she believes that public policy is often too complex for everyday citizens to understand. To bridge this gap, she founded Curiocity Indonesia, a community innitiative that translates complex policies into digestible insights for everyone, particularly the younger generation. One of the key initiatives is an interactive board game that immerses players in the role of a mayor navigating urban challenges under strict budgetary constraints. She is a Geography graduate from Universitas Indonesia.
